I am not using it to replace a part but using it to extend a hammer on another revolver for fanning.
also, I wondered if you have hammer springs to lower the pressure on a Taurus Tracker 992.

Parts were kinda of hard to find for Rough Rider but Denny had it. Had to fit the Hammer, a little to wide maybe from a different generation but made it work.
